The Electricians delivered a full-scope electrical remodel for Columbine Towers Apartments, a large multifamily housing project that included 174 total units (161 standard, 9 ADA, and 4 audio-visual equipped units), plus extensive common areas and site infrastructure. Our team provided comprehensive wiring and controls for each apartment, ensuring code compliance and seamless integration of lighting, switching, and low-voltage support throughout.
In addition to residential units, the project included electrical installation for the penthouse and ground floor common areas, corridors, exterior lighting, and full site lighting. From mobilization through final trim, The Electricians worked closely with the GC and trades to ensure reliable service delivery across all living spaces and shared amenities.
