Commercial Electrical Project Portfolio Across Denver Metro
The work that earned the reputation. Four commercial builds across federal, healthcare, c-store, and warehouse, led by the data center build at Buckley Space Force Base. Real projects, named clients, real performance.
Buckley Space Force Base Data Center
What is data center electrical work? Data center electrical work is the installation of power distribution built for continuous uptime, including redundant service paths, dedicated rack circuits, and feeds sized for high-density computing loads. The Electricians delivers data center electrical infrastructure throughout Denver metro and the Front Range.
This is the flagship project in our portfolio. We delivered mission-critical electrical infrastructure for a data center supporting operations at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora. The scope covered federal-grade power distribution, dedicated server-rack circuits, data module power feeds, and code-compliant installation to military facility standards. The work proceeded as a security-cleared build and closed out on schedule from groundwork through inspection sign-off.
UCHealth Medical Office Building
Healthcare power demands no margin for error. We delivered the electrical infrastructure for exam rooms, advanced imaging suites, patient comfort systems, and clinical equipment circuits. Every wire pulled, panel tied in, and inspection signed off without disrupting clinical operations.
QuikTrip · Ground-Up C-Store and Fueling Station
High-volume retail leaves no room for rework. This ground-up convenience store and fueling station required detailed coordination to meet QuikTrip national standards for electrical safety, durability, and efficiency. We carried the complete electrical package from underground conduit and site power through wall and overhead rough-in, service installation, and final trim out. Timely execution and quality assurance decided this job, and we held the schedule QuikTrip set for turnkey site delivery.
Floor & Decor · High-Bay LED Warehouse
A national flooring retailer’s warehouse footprint demands serious lumens and serious power. We delivered high-bay LED installations, heavy-duty circuit infrastructure, and the kind of warehouse-scale electrical work that keeps an industrial-format retail operation moving product.

Commercial Electrical Portfolio FAQs
Common questions from facility managers, GCs, and commercial property owners.
Do you work on military and federal facilities?
Yes. The Electricians delivers electrical infrastructure on federal and military installations. Our flagship project is the data center build at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, formerly Buckley Air Force Base. Federal facility work requires code compliance to military standards, security-cleared personnel, controlled site access, and documentation at every stage. We also hold prequalifications and provide certified payroll for prevailing-wage contracts, and we have delivered work for the Colorado Department of Transportation and the VA Hospital.
Do you build data center electrical infrastructure?
Yes. Data center electrical work covers redundant service paths, dedicated rack circuits, data module power feeds, and distribution sized for high-density computing loads. The Electricians delivers the power and the structured cabling under one contract through our in-house Data Division, which removes the coordination gap between the electrical contractor and the low-voltage vendor. Recent work includes the data center build at Buckley Space Force Base.
What kinds of commercial electrical projects do you handle?
Office and retail tenant improvements, multi-family new construction and renovations, healthcare medical office buildings, warehouse high-bay LED retrofits, filling station and c-store builds, restaurant TI, government and federal facility work including data centers, and ground-up commercial new construction. If the work is commercial and electrical, it is likely in our portfolio.
Do you work with general contractors and design-build teams?
Yes. A significant share of our portfolio comes through GC relationships, design-build partnerships, and project management firms. We work cleanly within established schedules, attend coordination meetings, and deliver on the dates that matter. See our New Construction page for design-build specifics.
What size buildings can you power?
Up to 4,000A service capability. We have delivered electrical infrastructure for medical office buildings, multi-tenant malls, large warehouse footprints, multi-story multi-family communities, federal data center facilities, and ground-up commercial construction. Larger commercial projects are well within scope.
Can you handle multi-site rollouts for chains and franchises?
Yes. We have delivered multi-site work for restaurant chains, financial branch networks, and retail brands across the Front Range. Repeatable scopes, consistent crews, and a single point of contact across your portfolio.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance after a build is complete?
Yes. Many portfolio clients keep us on retainer for service calls, troubleshooting, code updates, and follow-on tenant improvements. The relationship does not end at final inspection. It usually deepens.
