Shoe Palace
commercial electrical work
The Electricians provided a complete electrical buildout for the new Shoe Palace retail store, including service gear, branch circuits, HVAC power, and lighting installation. The project scope was based on detailed plans from Kinetic Design and aligned with the 2020 NEC standards. Our team installed a 75kVA transformer, 200A panelboard, plug mold, floor boxes, and stub-ups for low-voltage systems, while also supporting firestopping of electrical penetrations.
A major component of the project was the installation of over 115 owner-supplied light fixtures, completed on time and in coordination with the general contractor’s schedule. All wiring was installed using EMT, PVC, and MC systems, with panel home runs routed in conduit. The work was delivered during standard weekday hours and designed to accommodate GC-managed demolition and restoration work, ensuring a clean and efficient handoff.
