Ok, from day 1 these guys were amazing. I'd researched the company, read their reviews, and decided on them, preferring a larger company than a one or two man operation that might not be able to back their work down the road. When I first described the issues online that we were having, like our microwave and dryer breaking down within days of each other and lights flickering whenever the fridge motor went on or off, Meredith, their awesome front office rep, CALLED ME minutes later after she read what was going on, suspecting it could be dangerous, and scheduled their journeyman Chris to come out at 7 a.m. the next day (for free). Chris gave us our options that pretty much centered around suspecting a bad ground and old breaker panel. He recommended CORE Electric come out and take a look to determine it wasn't happening on their end... that afternoon the CORE tech was quite surprised when he got a spark out of one of the lugs at the pole, but it wasn't their equipment and it would be our problem to fix. The next day we had four of 'The Electricians' (Shawn-a fellow vet, Evan, Caleb and Red) over working in unison like ants replacing all the old outlets and switches, most that hadn't been changed since the house was built in 1976. All tech's were personable, fun, and pro, with excellent communication skills. Then it came down to Shawn and his trusty sidekick (apprentice) Evan, to finish up the big stuff like replacing the panel, digging out the new ground, and replacing the pole breaker over the next couple of days. Always on time, working through lunch, and not leaving until early evening after assuring us that our electricity would be available each night. Needless to say, the job proved to be extensive, requiring seamless coordination between 'The Electricians', CORE Electric, and Douglas County. The Douglas County inspector just left, giving us a thumbs up that all is well. MANY thanks to Meredith, Chris, Shawn, Evan and the gang for getting us taken care of so quickly... hell, we were going broke replacing all our appliances that broke down due to the bad electrical supply.
